Susur Lee’s Slaw

If you’re looking for a healthy, delicious and unique dish, look no further Toronto! The Singaporean Style Slaw is made right here in Toronto by the famous Chef Susur Lee and can be ordered at his restaurant Lee and Bent. Chef Lee combines his love for food and his ability to combine 19 various ingredients to create an exceptional slaw. I personally love it and have had it twice in the last two weeks, so I had to share!

The dish is vegan and all natural, you can add protein to your slaw, if you please. I would highly recommend the Waygu Beef.
