East Thirty-Six is a swanky bar located on Wellington Street in the heart of downtown Toronto. This is such a great place for a dinner/drink date or hanging out with friends. I love the dim lights, candles, black and white furnishings and the modern sleek vibe. Feels like you’re in New York!
I had the pleasure of trying some of the dishes on their menu. The menu is great because there are a lot of items which are sharable dressed as fancy French bites. I must say that the tender Octopus was the star of the show for me.
If Octopus isn’t really your thing then another great option would be the mini lamb sliders with mouth-watering goats milk Gouda or the fries with deep fried chicken skin (greasy goodness!)
What’s a chic bar without some amazing mixologists? The new fall/winter cocktail menu is brilliant, my favorite was The St-Germain, but don’t take my word for it go try for yourself!
