I was recently introduced to Greens+ and honestly it’s the best thing after a workout. When I’m eating out so often and working out at least 4 times a week, I need a pick-me-up. It increases your energy levels, so if you are feeling a little sluggish this is great! It contains a unique blend of 23 plant- based ingredients, which will provide you with antioxidants!
Here is a great recipe you can make including Greens+, store these and eat them as snacks!
Date Green Bites
Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashews
½ cup dried blueberries
½ cup shredded unsweetened dried coconut
6 soft medjool dates, pitted
2 scoops greens+ mixed berry
Juice from 1 lemon
Zest from 1 lemon
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until combined. Roll into 1 inch balls.
Refrigerate for up to a week or freeze for one month.
